A full-time Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a 12-week contract with potential for permanent placement based on performance. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to support the pharmacy team effectively.
Location: La Vista, NE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack and fill medications in accordance with pharmacy standards
- Perform precise data entry to maintain up-to-date records and inventory
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers via phone to clarify orders and resolve issues
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Familiarity with medication handling and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Effective verbal communication abilities to interact with providers and team members
