Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, count, and measure medications accurately for inpatient use
• Support the Pharmacist by price-checking and restocking medications
• Manage prescription data by accessing, inputting, and retrieving information via computer systems
• Redirect physician inquiries and clinical questions to the Pharmacist as needed
• Uphold the hospital’s mission and guiding principles throughout daily tasks
• Operate Pyxis systems and Wellsky software efficiently to maintain pharmacy workflow

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician license (no trainees)
• PTCB certification preferred
• Hands-on experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic aligned with long-term career growth
• Proficiency with Pyxis and Wellsky systems required
