Pharmacy Technician | Lake Worth, Florida

Join a fast-growing pharmacy team as an IV Pharmacy Technician, supporting high-volume sterile compounding operations in a cleanroom environment. This contract opportunity is based in Jupiter, FL, serving the West Palm area, with day shift hours dedicated to critical medication preparation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding following USP <797> and USP <800> guidelines
• Clean and sanitize ISO classified cleanrooms to maintain compliance
• Assist with environmental monitoring and maintain accurate temperature logs
• Manage inventory control and monitor medication expiration dates
• Receive and organize supplies for production runs
• Support pharmacy workflow efficiency and facilitate team communication
• Assist pharmacists and lead technicians as needed to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or license as required by state
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior
• Sterile compounding experience is highly preferred
• High reliability with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospital, infusion, or specialized compounding pharmacies
• Familiarity with batch records, workflow management systems, and compliance processes
• Background in preparation for inspections and maintaining regulatory readiness
