Pharmacy Technician in Lake Worth, FL

This opportunity seeks skilled Pharmacy Technicians focused on sterile compounding and cleanroom compliance in a high-volume, expanding environment. The team requires two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations on the day shift in Jupiter, FL (West Palm area).

Responsibilities include maintaining clean and sanitized ISO-classified areas, adhering strictly to USP <797> and USP <800> procedures, and assisting with environmental monitoring and temperature logs. You will play a vital role in inventory management, ensuring proper expiration date control, supporting workflow efficiency, coordinating supplies, and preparing materials to meet production demands. Collaboration with pharmacists and lead technicians is essential to foster smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by the state
• Minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy technician experience
• Strong preference for sterile compounding experience
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocol
• Excellent reliability with strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Background in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records and workflow management systems
• Experience preparing for inspections and maintaining compliance readiness
