Pharmacy Tech - Lake Worth, Florida

Join a high-volume, expanding sterile compounding environment as an IV Pharmacy Technician or Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician. Located in Jupiter, FL (West Palm area), this day-shift contract opportunity requires dedicated pharmacy technicians with strong aseptic technique and cleanroom expertise to support operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to USP <797> and USP <800> sterile compounding procedures
• Clean and sanitize ISO classified cleanroom areas regularly
• Assist with environmental monitoring and maintain temperature logs
• Manage inventory, including expiration date control, to support uninterrupted workflow
• Receive, organize, and prepare supplies and materials for production runs
• Enhance team efficiency through effective communication and operational support
• Assist pharmacists and lead technicians with clinical and technical tasks as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in the applicable state
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician
• Sterile compounding experience is strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols
• Demonstrated reliability, strong attention to detail, and commitment to compliance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records, workflow systems, or quality inspections
• Previous involvement with compliance readiness and regulatory inspections
