Pharmacy Technician | Lakeland, Florida

A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician fluent in Spanish and English to support pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. This role is essential to ensuring efficient daily activities, excellent customer service, and accurate prescription handling within a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Location:

• Lakeland, FL

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Accurately enter prescription information into the system
• Assist with medication filling and dispensing processes
• Support cashier and front-end duties
• Communicate clearly with customers, pharmacy staff, and pharmacists
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Fluent bilingual skills in Spanish and English (required)
• Valid Florida pharmacy technician license (required)
• Previous pharmacy or retail/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy system software; training is provided
