A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician (Spanish/English) to support pharmacy operations in Lakeland, FL. This role is ideal for candidates skilled in customer service and pharmacy procedures who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior pharmacy or retail experience is beneficial, and comprehensive system training will be provided.

- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
- Accurately enter prescription data into pharmacy systems
- Assist with medication filling and dispensing processes
- Support cashier and front-end duties as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers, pharmacy staff, and pharmacists
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician license (required)
- Prior pharmacy or retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Eagerness to learn new pharmacy systems and processes; training provided
