A full-time Pharmacy Technician is needed to support an independent retail pharmacy in Laurelville, OH, for approximately 8 weeks. This travel opportunity arises due to an unforeseen staff injury, requiring a reliable and skilled technician to maintain daily operations during this temporary coverage period.

Location: Laurelville, OH (~1 hour south of Columbus)
Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process prescription orders
• Fulfill and verify prescription medications
• Respond promptly to phone inquiries and customer requests
• Collaborate closely with the pharmacist to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain organized workflow in a fast-paced environment processing approximately 130 prescriptions daily

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous retail pharmacy or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with PioneerRX software is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work on-site as a local or traveling technician
