Pharmacy Technician | Liberty, Indiana

This position offers two shift options:

• Nights: 7 days on, 7 days off (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Days/Afternoons: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing sterile and non-sterile compounding with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
• Restocking automated medication dispensing systems (Pyxis machines) to ensure timely availability of medications
• Managing incoming calls to the pharmacy, addressing inquiries and coordinating as needed
• Delivering medications to hospital floors to support timely patient care
• Identifying and removing expired medications to maintain safe inventory

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or the ability to obtain one
• A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy technician experience, demonstrating proficiency with hospital procedures and workflows
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
