Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - London, Ohio

This per diem opportunity is ideal for a certified and Ohio-licensed pharmacy technician seeking to contribute specialized skills in compounding hazardous and non-hazardous medications. The role is based in London, OH, supporting a facility with an average daily census of 15 patients and a pharmacy team consisting of approximately 3.8 pharmacists and 2.8 technicians.

The pharmacist technician will work primarily Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible weekend coverage one to two weekends per month. Familiarity with Pyxis automation is required, and experience with EPIC order entry systems is a plus though not mandatory. Responsibilities include refilling Pyxis medication stations and compounding various preparations to support patient care.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified and licensed pharmacy technician in Ohio
• Competency in compounding hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Experience using Pyxis automated dispensing systems
• Prior exposure to EPIC order entry is an advantage
