An established pharmacy is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician with expertise in home infusion or compounding to join their growing team. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values patient and provider communication as part of their responsibilities.

Location: Long Beach, NY
Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: Immediate

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday with start times varying between 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM (flexibility required)
• Rotating weekends
• Operations run 7 days a week, 6 AM to 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound medications following proprietary workflow systems
• Collaborate directly with patients and healthcare providers via phone to ensure clear communication and service quality
• Support pharmacy operations with a focus on home infusion or designated compounding

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy required (inpatient-only experience will not be considered)
• Pharmacy Technician license in California preferred
• National Certification highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage patients and providers professionally
