An established pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in home infusion or compounding pharmacy to join their growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This direct-hire opportunity requires a candidate ready to start immediately and contribute to a dynamic and expanding workflow.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday shifts starting flexibly at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM
  • Rotating weekend coverage required
  • Operating hours span 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications safely and accurately using a proprietary workflow system
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure medication adherence
  • Participate actively in quality control and verification processes to maintain compliance with pharmacy standards
  • Handle patient calls and provider communications, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy settings is mandatory; inpatient-only candidates will not be considered
  • California Pharmacy Technician license required
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, ideally with retail compounding experience as well
