Pharmacy Technician in Marshall, MI

This opportunity is ideal for a Pharmacy Technician with retail experience seeking a temp-to-hire position in a dynamic pharmacy setting. The role involves supporting daily pharmacy operations using Pioneer RX software, ensuring accurate and efficient prescription processing.

Location:

• Marshall, MI

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 8.5-hour shifts with rotating start times: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11:30 AM
• No weekend shifts initially; Friday closes at 6:00 PM
• Shift times may adjust in the future to include weekends

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
• Utilize Pioneer RX system to process prescriptions and maintain records
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy environment
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining compliance with pharmacy policies
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to ensure timely service

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous pharmacy technician experience, preferably in retail settings
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX software is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
