A community hospital in McCook, NE is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support their pharmacy team during a 12-week maternity leave coverage, starting soon. This is a contract position ideal for a skilled technician ready to contribute in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and hospital protocols
• Maintain sterile compounding procedures in a clean room environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist pharmacists with inventory management, medication storage, and record keeping
• Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience with clean room and sterile compounding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
