Pharmacy Technician - Medaryville, IN

This opportunity offers a rewarding role for Indiana Licensed and PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technicians in a supportive retail pharmacy setting. Located in Francesville, IN, this contract position provides essential pharmacy services with a manageable workload of approximately 30 scripts per day. The schedule is primarily Wednesday through Friday, offering 24-30 hours per week without weekend duties—ideal for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription orders using the PioneerRx system (experience preferred)
• Fill prescriptions efficiently and safely, maintaining high standards of quality
• Assist customers with transactions and provide friendly, professional service
• Adapt to the use of Eyecon Medication Counting Device automation (experience preferred)
• Participate in a 3-day training and orientation program prior to starting
• Potential to provide coverage at a sister facility after training, expanding experience and versatility

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Indiana licensure and PTCB certification required
• Prior retail pharmacy technician experience essential
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system a strong plus
• Experience with automated medication counting equipment beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment

Location and Hours:

• Francesville, IN facility with pharmacy hours Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
