Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Medford, OR

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position based in Medford, OR, offering per diem work in a combined Retail and Long Term Care setting. The role involves supporting pharmacy operations by accurately distributing medications prescribed by healthcare professionals and providing essential information to customers regarding their medications and usage. Responsibilities:

• Distribute prescribed medications accurately in compliance with pharmacy protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers to inform and educate them about their medications.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care and support within the pharmacy environment.
• Assist in the day-to-day pharmacy operations to promote smooth workflow.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacy Technician License.
• Experience in Retail and/or Long Term Care pharmacy settings is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours per day).
