The position operates on the first shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting a pharmacy team consisting of one pharmacist and three technicians. The pharmacy utilizes the Pioneer Rx system and manages a daily prescription volume of under 100.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for prescriptions and related information.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers by calling patients and physician offices as needed.
• Fill and dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring verification of any patient allergies before dispensing.
• Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in alignment with organizational protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess a clear and active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
