A retail pharmacy requires a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a busy team with daily operations and exceptional patient care. This opportunity offers a 13-week contract to hire status in the Mesa, AZ area, with consistent weekday hours on the first shift.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• First shift

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription data into the Pioneer Rx system
• Communicate with patients and physician offices to clarify prescription details or resolve issues
• Prepare, fill, and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are verified before dispensing
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in line with organizational guidelines
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service throughout the patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona is required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
