A digital mail order pharmacy specializing in non-insurance medications is seeking three Pharmacy Technicians to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-volume pharmacy that services all 50 states plus Washington, DC.

Location: Middletown, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fulfill a high volume of mail order prescriptions involving mainly generic medications, some brand-name, and specialty drugs
• Pull, prep, and package orders for shipping
• Support patient calls as needed
• Assist with non-sterile compounding processes (a strong plus)
• Collaborate seamlessly with the pharmacy team to maintain workflow and meet volume demands

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician experience, ideally in a high-volume retail setting
• Familiarity with mail order pharmacy operations is highly advantageous
• Current Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required
• National certification is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows in a fast-paced environment
