Pharmacy Technician | Milford, Massachusetts

This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work overnight shifts in a long-term care (LTC) mail order pharmacy environment. The role offers a schedule of 7 nights on and 7 nights off, specifically from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM, over a 13-week period. This position is structured as a temporary to direct hire role, allowing for an initial trial period with potential for permanent placement.

Location: Milford, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• Overnight shifts
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Wednesday to Thursday overnight coverage

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing and dispensing medications according to prescriptions and pharmacy policies
• Supporting the LTC mail order pharmacy operations
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Managing inventory and ensuring proper labeling and packaging of medications
• Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Valid Pharmacy Technician license
• Experience in Long-Term Care pharmacy preferred
• National certification from PTCB is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
