Pharmacy Technician - Monon, Indiana

An exciting opportunity is available for licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support a community pharmacy in Indiana. This contract role offers a consistent schedule with the chance to contribute to a well-established retail pharmacy team serving the local community.

Location:

• Monon, IN (Pulaski Memorial Hospital Community Pharmacy)
• Potential coverage at a sister site in Francesville, IN, after training

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order entry accurately using the PioneerRx system (experience preferred)
• Assist customers by ringing up prescriptions and processing transactions
• Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager, pharmacist, and technician team
• Provide coverage for the sister pharmacy location once fully trained and credentialed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
• Previous retail pharmacy experience is essential
• PTCB certification required for coverage at the sister site in Francesville
• Ability to complete 3 days of training and orientation prior to start
• Business casual dress code adherence
• Local candidates preferred due to onsite training and coverage needs
