A retail pharmacy team is seeking two Indiana Licensed and PTCB-certified Pharmacy Technicians to provide expert support in medication dispensing and customer service. This contract position involves working primarily in a community pharmacy setting with opportunities to assist at a sister facility, supporting patient care with accuracy and professionalism.

Location: Francesville, IN
Schedule: Approximately 24-30 hours per week, preferably Wednesday through Friday
Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend coverage is not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter medication orders using the PioneerRx system (experience preferred)
  • Efficiently fill prescriptions while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Process customer transactions and provide courteous, knowledgeable service
  • Participate in a required 3-day training and orientation to ensure alignment with site protocols
  • Potentially provide coverage at the sister facility upon training, located in Winamac, IN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
  • Retail pharmacy experience essential for success in this role
  • Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system and Eyecon Medication Counting Device is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently within a small technician team
  • Local candidates are preferred for ease of training and ongoing coverage
