Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician - Mount Washington, Kentucky

A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician specializing in home infusion within a TPN specialty compounding pharmacy. This role supports the sterile compounding process by assisting in data entry, prior authorizations, and preparing materials for clean room technicians.

Location:

• Louisville, KY

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry related to infusion orders and patient information
• Manage materials and supplies necessary for sterile compounding
• Prepare preliminary materials to support clean room technicians (note: not performing clean room compounding)
• Assist with prior authorizations and related administrative tasks
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification in Kentucky required; national certification highly preferred
• Strong data entry skills and materials management experience
• Detail-oriented approach to all tasks
• Previous experience in an infusion or sterile compounding setting is a strong plus
• Experience with CPR+ system highly preferred
