  • Adherence to state nurse practice acts and professional standards.

Locations & Scheduling Highlights:

  • Medical Surgical RN roles in Topeka, KS: Night shifts with variable weekends/holidays, approximately 6:45 pm – 7:15 am.
  • ICU, Cardiac PCU RNs in Albuquerque, NM: 12-hour night shifts.
  • Charge RN Telemetry in Topeka, KS: 12-hour night shifts.
  • Flexible to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, safe patient care tailored to biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.
  • Assess patient and family needs; develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care.
  • Delegate nursing care appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Serve in charge nurse roles as applicable, overseeing shift management, clinical support, staff mentoring, and problem-solving.
  • Uphold organizational policies, regulatory compliance, and patient safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare delivery.
