Responsibilities:

• Perform customer service functions including verifying shipping information, entering new patient details, and updating patient profiles using the pharmacy software system.
• Dispense and fill prescription medications accurately in a high-volume environment, averaging approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily.
• Operate the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system without automation support, requiring strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain smooth workflow and ensure quality patient service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail-order, or specialty pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems, preferably Wellsky or similar.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service responsibilities.
