Pharmacy Technician | Muscoda, Wisconsin

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician role at a retail distribution site, working a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is a 6-week contract based in Muscoda, WI, offering hands-on experience with Pioneer RX computer systems and a daily script volume of approximately 100 prescriptions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and process prescription medications
• Utilize Pioneer RX system efficiently to manage prescription orders
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications in compliance with state regulations
• Handle customer interactions professionally, maintaining patient confidentiality
• Maintain organized and clean work environment within the distribution site

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous pharmacy technician experience in a retail or distribution setting
• Familiarity with prescription processing and pharmacy software systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
