Pharmacy Technician - Muskogee, OK

A pharmacy technician role is available to support inpatient pharmacy operations at a long-term acute care and rehab facility in Muskogee, OK. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized healthcare setting with a focus on sterile and non-sterile compounding, medication management, and supporting pharmacy workflow.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Restocking and managing Pyxis medication dispensing units
• Handling pharmacy phone calls and assisting clinical staff with medication inquiries
• Supporting daily inpatient pharmacy operations to ensure timely medication delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working as a pharmacy technician in a hospital setting
• Valid Oklahoma pharmacy technician license, or willingness to obtain promptly
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy systems and sterile compounding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately

• Work Schedule: Day shifts, 8-hour shifts
