This inpatient hospital pharmacy technician role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll play an essential part in supporting medication management and sterile compounding processes. Location: Naperville, IL
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks) with intent to hire
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, rotating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile medications and batches in the clean room environment
• Manage crash carts preparation and ensure Omnicell and auto cart fill systems are accurately stocked
• Perform inpatient pharmacy technician duties supporting medication distribution and verification processes
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• PTCB certification (required)
• Proven experience working in inpatient hospital pharmacy settings
• Solid background and confidence in sterile compounding techniques
