Pharmacy Technician in Nashville, TN

An opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Cardiac PCU, and Telemetry nursing across multiple locations. These direct hire positions offer the chance to work in patient-centered environments that emphasize advanced technology, professional growth, and compassionate care.

Locations and Shifts:

• Medical-Surgical RN – Topeka, KS
  Schedule: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Nights), variable weekends and holidays

• ICU RN (2 openings) – Albuquerque, NM
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

• Cardiac PCU RN (2 openings) – Albuquerque, NM
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

• Charge RN Telemetry – Topeka, KS
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver safe and effective patient care in assigned specialty areas.
• Assess patient and family needs; develop, prioritize, and revise patient goals and care plans.
• Delegate nursing care as appropriate to support patient outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to state nurse practice acts and institutional policies.
• For ICU, Cardiac PCU, and Charge RN roles, provide leadership, staff management, and serve as a clinical resource and liaison between nursing staff and management.
• Maintain compliance with regulations to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Kansas.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles.
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery nursing.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a similar care environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
