Pharmacy Technician - Nashville, TN

Join a dynamic pharmacy team specializing in mail-order and renal specialty medications, handling approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. This contract opportunity in the Nashville area offers three technician positions in Lavergne, TN, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for certified candidates.

Schedule/Hours:

• One technician: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Two technicians: 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
• 8-week assignments, with ASAP start

Location:

• Lavergne, TN (near Nashville)

Responsibilities:

• In customer service roles: Verify shipping information, enter new patient data, and update patient profiles using Wellsky pharmacy software.
• In dispensing roles: Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions.
• Work collaboratively in a high-volume pharmacy environment without automation.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• PTCB certification required for permanent placement consideration
• Ability to manage both customer service and dispensing tasks efficiently
• Proficient in pharmacy software systems, ideally Wellsky
