Responsibilities: • Customer Service Technician Role: – Verify shipping information accurately – Enter and update patient information in the pharmacy system – Maintain patient profile accuracy and support communication needs • Dispensing Technician Role: – Fill and dispense medications according to prescription orders – Handle prescription data entry using Wellsky pharmacy order entry system – Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy protocols • Support renal specialty and mail order pharmacy operations processing approximately 1000 prescriptions daily
Desired Experience & Qualifications: • Pharmacy Technician certification preferred; PTCB certification required for permanent placement consideration • Experience in a mail order or specialty pharmacy setting is advantageous • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a no-automation environment • Effective communication skills for customer service and team collaboration • Comfortable using pharmacy software systems for order entry and patient profile management
