This contract opportunity offers a 13-week assignment in a mail order, renal specialty pharmacy processing approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. The role provides hands-on experience using the Wellsky pharmacy order entry system without automation, supporting both customer service and dispensing functions.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

• In the customer service capacity, verify shipping information, enter new patient data, and update patient profiles within the pharmacy software system.
• In the dispensing role, accurately fill and dispense medications following established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and verify information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification (PTCB) is required for consideration if transitioning to a temp-to-hire role.
