Pharmacy Technician - Nashville, Tennessee

A retail pharmacy located near Nashville, TN, is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support the daily operations of their team. This role offers full-time hours and focuses on delivering exceptional service while assisting pharmacists with prescription processing and maintaining efficient pharmacy workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription filling and processing tasks
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, addressing questions and concerns
• Manage prescription intake, data entry, and insurance claim processing accurately
• Ensure the pharmacy remains organized and that workflows are optimized to meet demand
• Support daily retail pharmacy operations to contribute to a smooth-running environment

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) highly preferred
• Prior retail pharmacy experience required to navigate fast-paced environments confidently
• Experience with Liberty pharmacy software is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
