This opportunity focuses on pharmacy technicians who will play a key role in supporting a busy, closed-door pharmacy that specializes in facilitating patient access to a unique therapy. The role involves managing a substantial volume of phone interactions and ensuring accuracy in prescription processing and data management.

Schedule/Hours:

• 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist patients with their orders
• Accurately enter prescription data and prepare medications
• Maintain detailed records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions
• Identify and report any adverse events in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Support the pharmacy team in essential daily activities

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting; retail experience considered
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Stable employment history with no frequent job changes in recent years

Pharmacy Software Experience:

• Familiarity with Prime Rx preferred

Average Script Volume:

• Approximately 900 prescriptions per day
