Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist patients with their orders
- Accurately enter prescription data and prepare medications
- Maintain detailed records for patients, physicians, and prescriptions
- Identify and report any adverse events in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Support the pharmacy team in essential daily activities
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in a mail order or closed-door pharmacy setting; retail experience considered
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Stable employment history with no frequent job changes in recent years
Pharmacy Software Experience:
- Familiarity with Prime Rx preferred
Average Script Volume:
- Approximately 900 prescriptions per day
