Two Pharmacy Technician positions are available at a well-established medical center serving as the county hospital for Ventura County. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Location: Newbury Park, CA
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks+)
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient medication records and inventory
• Support pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations to ensure timely and safe medication delivery
• Follow all established safety protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication preparation, and dispensing processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible shifts to accommodate hospital pharmacy needs
