Pharmacy Technician | Noblesville, Indiana

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic pharmacy setting, supporting mail order and specialty retail environments. The position primarily involves Pharmacy Technician and Patient Service Representative (PSR)/Data Entry responsibilities during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound client calls and process order entries with accuracy
• Verify insurance details and maintain inventory control
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and assisting with pharmaceutical needs
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Work primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; occasional weekends or evenings as workload demands

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with at least two years in customer service roles
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus
