Pharmacy Technician in Norristown, PA

An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support outpatient pharmacy operations in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a committed professional with strong retail pharmacy experience and national certification to ensure excellent patient service and accurate medication dispensing.

Location:

• Philadelphia, PA (800 Spruce Street)
• Local candidates only

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible hours between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM based on scheduling)
• Weekend coverage may include Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
• Maintain proper inventory and stock management in the outpatient pharmacy setting
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to regulatory standards
• Support workflow efficiency by collaborating with pharmacy team members

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy technician experience
• Current PTCB or other nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician certification (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of outpatient pharmacy operations and medication safety protocols
