Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Norristown, PA

A Per Diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a short-term assignment from September 8 through September 10, working the 1st shift, Tuesday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role is based in the Pottstown area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the computer system.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and order over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Resolve adjudication issues by interacting with third-party prescription plans to facilitate prescription processing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, clear pharmacy technician license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Experience with Pioneer Rx software is highly preferred.
