An urgent opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician with specialized experience in HIV/AIDS dispensing within a retail pharmacy setting. This role involves supporting a low-volume prescription workflow focused on treatment for HIV/AIDS patients, requiring precision, strong communication skills, and dedication to quality patient care.

• North Las Vegas, NV

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Full time

Responsibilities:

• Processing prescriptions with accuracy in a low-volume, specialty retail pharmacy
• Managing data entry and dispensing medications with attention to detail
• Engaging with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care
• Demonstrating commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Supporting a positive and professional work environment

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Nevada
• Strong background in retail pharmacy technician duties, with specific experience in HIV/AIDS dispensing highly preferred
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare providers
• Demonstrated dependability and a positive attitude in professional settings
