Pharmacy Technician | North Las Vegas, Nevada

This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician role within a retail HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy in North Las Vegas, NV. The position is contract to hire, starting ASAP with a 13-week initial contract period. Ideal candidates will bring a patient-centered approach, strong communication skills, and relevant experience working closely with patients and healthcare providers in this specialized setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing low volume prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Data entry and maintaining precise records
• Filling and dispensing medications with attention to detail
• Providing high-level patient care and support, ensuring excellent customer service
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current Nevada Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Experience in an HIV/AIDS dispensing environment is strongly preferred—please confirm if applicable
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is a plus—please indicate if experienced
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and providers
