This opportunity calls for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support a bustling county hospital pharmacy in a registry role. As a vital member of the pharmacy team, you will assist with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment serving a diverse patient population.

Schedule:
- Primarily weekdays
- Shifts of 8.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch break
- Shift start times: 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, or 3 pm
- Average 24 hours per week, with variability up to 40+ hours during busier periods
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions
- Assist pharmacists with verifying prescriptions and maintaining workflow
- Manage inventory including restocking and expiration monitoring
- Utilize technology platforms such as EPIC and Omnicell for medication record keeping and dispensing
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant training
- Experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with EPIC and Omnicell systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work variable shifts primarily during weekdays
