Pharmacy Technician – Per Diem Opportunity

Schedule/Hours:

• Per diem
• Approximately 3 to 4 days per week
• Average of 24 hours per week, with some weeks up to 40+ hours
• Shifts start at 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 3 pm
• 8.5-hour shifts including a 30-minute lunch break

Responsibilities:

• Assist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting
• Support pharmacists with inventory management, prescription preparation, and patient interaction
• Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems to manage medication orders and documentation
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide reliable, professional service to diverse patient populations in the county hospital setting

Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy technician certification or relevant training; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations
• Experience or ability to quickly learn EPIC and Omnicell technology platforms
