Pharmacy Technician - Orlando, Florida

A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician to oversee daily operations and support pharmacy growth. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow within the pharmacy.

Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy administrative duties including invoicing and maintaining SOPs
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all tasks
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all aspects of work
• Support teamwork and collaborate to meet operational goals
• Exhibit willingness to learn and adapt within a growing pharmacy environment
• Multitask efficiently, balancing various responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Clear and active Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Proven experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician
• Compounding experience is preferred, but not required
