Pharmacy Technician - Pacoima, CA

A pharmacy technician position is available in the Santa Clarita area, specializing in a closed door/mail order pharmacy setting. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with retail experience looking to transition into a mail order environment. The position offers a contract opportunity with a start date as soon as possible.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Schedule:

• Approximately 3 days per week
• Shift options: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and prepare medications for shipment to patients
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of prescriptions
• Assist with inventory management and quality control as needed

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant training
• Experience in retail pharmacy or as a pharmacy technician preferred but new graduates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow protocols rigorously in a closed door/mail order setting
• Reliable and able to commit to the scheduled shifts
