Pharmacy Technician - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

A growing pharmacy in the Palm Beach Gardens area is seeking qualified Pharmacy Technicians to support an expanding, high-volume operation. This opportunity includes openings for two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician. The roles focus on preparing and managing intravenous medications with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

• Jupiter, FL (West Palm Beach area)

Shift:

• Day shift

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and compound sterile IV medications following established protocols and safety standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of IV pharmacy supplies
• Lead role responsibilities include overseeing IV room operations, ensuring quality control, and mentoring junior technicians
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare staff to support patient care
• Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety in the IV preparation area

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
• Proven experience as an IV Pharmacy Technician with sterile compounding expertise
• Knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines a significant advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
• Leadership experience for the Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
