Pharmacy Technician - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

This opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacy technicians skilled in sterile compounding and cleanroom operations. Located in Jupiter, FL (West Palm), we are seeking two IV Pharmacy Technicians and one Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician for day shifts within a high-volume, expanding pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to USP <797> and USP <800> procedures to ensure cleanroom compliance
• Clean and sanitize ISO classified areas rigorously
• Assist with environmental monitoring and maintain temperature logs
• Manage inventory and control expiration dates vigilantly
• Receive, organize, and prepare supplies for production runs
• Support efficient workflow and facilitate team communication
• Provide assistance to pharmacists and lead technicians when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by the state
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician
• Sterile compounding experience strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior
• Exceptional reliability and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with batch records or workflow management systems
• Experience preparing for inspections and ensuring compliance readiness
