The team is expanding, offering positions for both IV Pharmacy Technicians and a Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician.

Schedule:

• Day shift

Positions Available:

• 2 IV Pharmacy Technicians
• 1 Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities include preparing sterile IV medications accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting the pharmacy workflow, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. The lead role will include additional duties such as overseeing the IV room operations, training staff, and ensuring adherence to protocols.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with IV compounding skills
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and USP <797> standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• For the lead position, prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
