Retail Pharmacy Technician - Paterson, New Jersey

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• Day Shift
• Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing
• Accurately enter and maintain patient and prescription records
• Support inventory control and medication ordering processes
• Process insurance claims and address billing inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician registration/license
• Minimum one year of retail pharmacy experience
• PTCB Certification preferred but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• Experience with PrimeRx, MicroMerchant, or similar pharmacy management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
