Per Diem Pharmacy Technician Opportunity – Newark, NJ

This role offers a focused short-term assignment on July 6th and 7th, working first shift hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient details and prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system.
• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions according to established protocols.
• Manage and reorder OTC inventory to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve prescription processing issues by working with third-party prescription plans.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in New Jersey.
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting is required.
• Familiarity with Pioneer pharmacy software system is preferred.

• Newark, New Jersey

Schedule:

• July 6th – July 7th (Monday and Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1st Shift
