Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription data into the Pioneer Rx system.
• Contact patients and physician offices to clarify prescriptions and follow up on orders.
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are checked and verified.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, following organizational policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license for the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience is essential.
• Proficiency with Pioneer Rx system is preferred.

Schedule:

• 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Work Environment:

• The pharmacy team consists of 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians.
• Prescription volume is under 100 scripts per day, allowing focus on accuracy and patient interaction.
