An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a retail pharmacy team in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers a 13-week contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The pharmacy handles under 100 scripts daily and operates with one pharmacist and three technicians.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data and maintain patient records.
• Communicate with patients and physicians’ offices regarding prescriptions and inquiries.
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, verifying allergies before dispensing.
• Address patient concerns and complaints according to established policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience, demonstrating strong competency in prescription processing and customer interaction.
• Proficiency with Pioneer Rx pharmacy system is preferred.
