A Pharmacy Technician position is available in Phoenix, AZ, offering a 13-week contract to hire opportunity within a retail pharmacy setting. This role supports a team consisting of one pharmacist and three technicians, managing a daily prescription volume of under 100 prescriptions. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry related to prescriptions.
• Communicate with patients and physicians' offices for prescription clarifications and verifications.
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are reviewed before dispensing.
• Respond professionally to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service to support patient satisfaction and care quality.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
