Join a dynamic retail pharmacy team in Phoenix, AZ, as a Pharmacy Technician on a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers a hands-on experience in a well-organized setting with a manageable script volume, allowing for focused patient care and professional growth.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry to support pharmacy operations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and address inquiries.
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are checked before processing.
• Address patient concerns and complaints professionally, adhering to established policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with Pioneer Rx system is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team consisting of 1 pharmacist and 3 technicians.

This position offers exposure to a supportive team environment with a volume of less than 100 prescriptions per day, ideal for maintaining accuracy and personalized care.
