Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain patient and prescription records.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to clarify prescription details.
- Fill and dispense medications in accordance with provider prescriptions, ensuring verification of patient allergies.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience working specifically in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Proficient with pharmacy systems; experience with Pioneer Rx is preferable.
