Pharmacy Technician - Phoenix, AZ

A Retail Pharmacy Technician position is available in Phoenix, AZ, offering a 13-week contract to hire opportunity. This role takes place during the 1st shift, with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The pharmacy environment includes one pharmacist and three technicians, handling a prescription volume of under 100 scripts per day using the Pioneer Rx system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter prescription data into the system.
• Contact patients and physicians’ offices to clarify or verify orders.
• Fill and dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring patient allergies are checked prior to dispensing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license valid in Arizona.
